Orders sent by Standard UPS Ground will be delivered in approximately 5-7 business days, once merchandise leaves our store. If a specific arrival date is required, we advise expedited shipping. Please note in Comment Box at checkout. We'll do our best to accomodate specific requests. Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature. Return Policy:

selection process as easy as possible. Please

can't take returns on monogrammed
merchandise. Once an item has been
ordered changes can't be made.
